Cooling therapy for muscles and joints is well established and recommended by sports physiotherapists and health professionals. PRICE (Protect, Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate) guidelines recommend cold therapy is used for 48 - 72hrs following an injury. Recommended for sprains, strains, muscle pain and the pain associated with arthritis and backache. Can be used during or immediately after exercise.

Do not use: On broken or irriated skin or with other skin products on the same area, If allergic to any of the ingredients, On or near the eyes or other sensitive areas, On children under 6 years. If you are diabetic, have poor circulation or a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use. If skin irritation occurs, stop using.
