1. Place the mask on a flat, clean microwavable plate. 2. Microwave the mask for 25 seconds on full power. 3. Always touch with fingers to test the temperature first. 4.Fasten the strap around your head, adjust for personal comfort and enjoy 10 minutes of moist heat therapy. 5. Can also be placed in the freezer for 30 minutes and used as a cold compress.
