•ACTIVE INGREDIENTS – Each capsule contains 500mg paracetamol, 6.1mg phenylephrine hydrochloride and 100mg guaifenesin. •COUGH AND COLD RELIEF – Contains a decongestant to help relieve nasal congestion by decreasing swelling in the nasal passages and an expectorant to relieve congestion in the throat and chest and make it easier to get rid of phlegm. •CHESTY COUGHS –Helps to relieve the symptoms of colds and flu, including chesty coughs, blocked nose, fever, headache, aches and pains and sore throats. •16 CAPSULES – Capsules can be taken with water, do not chew. •Always read the label. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to.
Warning or Restrictions
•Adults, the elderly and children aged 16 years and over: Two capsules every 4-6 hours, as required. •Do not take more than 8 capsules (4 doses) in 24 hours. •Do not give to children under 16 years of age. •Elderly Population: No dosage adjustment is considered necessary in the elderly.

Directions
How to take: For oral use. Lemsip Cough Max For Mucus Cough & Cold Capsules should be swallowed whole with water. Do not chew.
How much to take: Adults and children over 16: Two capsules to be taken every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed 8 capsules in a total of 24 hours.
Not to be taken by under 16 year olds.
Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to. If you do not get better, talk to your doctor.
